How fast does shipping happen?

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Standard shipping arrives in 3–5 business days, expedited in 1–2. Orders over $39 always ship free.

What's your return policy?

30-day happiness guarantee. If your pet doesn't love it, send it back for a refund or replacement — your choice. We even cover return shipping for the first item.

Are your treats safe for sensitive stomachs?

All treats are single-ingredient or short-ingredient list, grain-free where noted, and reviewed by our in-house vet. Ingredient lists and allergen info are on every product page.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! Most consumables (food, treats, litter, shampoo) can be set on a 30 / 60 / 90 day subscription with 10% off every order. Cancel anytime.

How do I know what size to pick?

Every product page has a sizing guide based on your pet's weight and breed. Still not sure? Email us with a photo and we'll help you choose.
