A 17th-century stone palazzo in Modica Alta, restored in 2019 by Salvatore's cousin Angelica. Eight rooms across three floors, an inner courtyard with citrus trees, and a roof terrace with the bell tower of San Giorgio at eye level.

A working olive-oil farm and agriturismo run by Caterina's brother-in-law Giuliano outside Bevagna. Eight stone rooms, a 12th-century bell tower on the property, and an actual herd of sheep that run the pasture out back.
