Most studios post a "let's talk" instead of a price. Here's the actual card. Quotes still depend on usage and runtime, so try the calculator below for a real range. Union rates governed by SAG-AFTRA when applicable.

Where the spot runs matters.

04 / Rate FAQ

Common questions.

What's included in the session base?

Live-directed patch-in over Source-Connect, ipDTL, or Cleanfeed; three named takes per read; mastered WAV (48k/24-bit), AIFF, and 320kbps MP3 delivered to a private Frame.io link inside 24 hours; one round of pickups inside the 10-day window if direction calls for them.

Do you charge for revisions?

One revision pass is included on documentary, e-learning, and explainer projects. Subsequent passes are billed at $150/segment. Commercial pickups inside the 10-day window for direction-driven re-takes are always free.

Are the rates union or non-union?

National broadcast work is SAG-AFTRA scale; everything else listed is non-union. I'm a paid SAG-AFTRA member since 2014 and an apprentice ACTRA member for the Toronto market — let me know if your project is union, financial-core, or non-union and I'll quote accordingly.

How does invoicing work?

50% deposit on long-form work (audiobooks, animation series), invoice-on-delivery for everything else. Net-30 is standard; net-15 with a 1.5% discount available on request. Stripe, ACH, wire — no PayPal.

What about agent fees and add-ons?

For commercial work routed through Quint & Marsh, the agency fee is 10% on top of the session quote, paid by the buyer not deducted from talent. Audiobook and direct-booked animation work is self-rep — no agent fee added.

Can you quote a rate I don't see here?

Yes. The ones above are the most-asked. If you're booking a sonic ID, an IVR/phone tree, a museum installation, or anything genre-bending — send the brief and I'll quote it inside one business day.
