Three inputs — category, usage, runtime — and you'll get a credible range. The booking form below sends the inputs straight to me for a real quote.
For commercial work, base session is half the math — the other half is who sees it and for how long. Industry-standard multipliers, applied to the session base.
Owned-channel, paid social, web video. Single-market or unlimited geo.
Cable + radio in a defined regional buy. One-year term renewable.
National TV + radio. Includes streaming carriage. SAG-AFTRA scale where applicable.
Two-year national term, all media including OOH and in-store.
All media, all geos, in perpetuity. Negotiate carefully — this is forever.
Brief in by 10am, mastered by 5pm same-day. Available Tue–Fri.
Live-directed patch-in over Source-Connect, ipDTL, or Cleanfeed; three named takes per read; mastered WAV (48k/24-bit), AIFF, and 320kbps MP3 delivered to a private Frame.io link inside 24 hours; one round of pickups inside the 10-day window if direction calls for them.
One revision pass is included on documentary, e-learning, and explainer projects. Subsequent passes are billed at $150/segment. Commercial pickups inside the 10-day window for direction-driven re-takes are always free.
National broadcast work is SAG-AFTRA scale; everything else listed is non-union. I'm a paid SAG-AFTRA member since 2014 and an apprentice ACTRA member for the Toronto market — let me know if your project is union, financial-core, or non-union and I'll quote accordingly.
50% deposit on long-form work (audiobooks, animation series), invoice-on-delivery for everything else. Net-30 is standard; net-15 with a 1.5% discount available on request. Stripe, ACH, wire — no PayPal.
For commercial work routed through Quint & Marsh, the agency fee is 10% on top of the session quote, paid by the buyer not deducted from talent. Audiobook and direct-booked animation work is self-rep — no agent fee added.
Yes. The ones above are the most-asked. If you're booking a sonic ID, an IVR/phone tree, a museum installation, or anything genre-bending — send the brief and I'll quote it inside one business day.
Send the brief through the booking form. I'll match it to the rate-card and confirm a quote inside one business day.
