Hand-thrown in small batches by a single potter in Devon, England. The Hadley bowl works equally well for morning oats, afternoon ramen, or as a quiet sculptural piece on an open shelf.
Bought a set of three two months ago. They're the bowls we reach for every morning — the proportions feel exactly right and the glaze hasn't shown any wear in the dishwasher.
The glaze on the terracotta version has so much depth — it shifts in different light. Photos on the site don't do it justice.
Lovely piece, well made. I do wish I'd ordered the large for soups — the medium is closer to a cereal bowl than a dinner bowl.
