Inside 30 days, every SKU returns free with a prepaid USPS label. Outside 30, the warranty kicks in. We don't charge a restocking fee, ever.

No. The order email is your warranty registration. Forward it back to us when you file a claim and we'll confirm coverage within four business hours. We don't run a separate registration portal — accounts and registrations are friction we don't want.
Five business days door-to-door is the average. Day 1 you email us, day 1–2 we confirm with a photo, day 2–3 the replacement ships, day 3–5 it arrives. The return label for the broken unit is on a 14-day clock, so no rush there.
If we still have stock, we replace with the same SKU. If we sold out, we replace with the next-generation equivalent at no charge — usually a small upgrade. After 24 months from a SKU's drop date, we offer a 50% credit toward any current SKU.
Yes. Each item inside a bundle is individually covered for the full 2-year window. If one item in your Listen Kit fails on month 19, we replace just that item — the rest of the bundle keeps its coverage running on its original timer.
The +1-year extension is $9 per SKU at checkout, or $19 flat for an entire bundle. The extension covers the same defect categories as the default warranty. You can also extend on an existing SKU within the first 60 days post-purchase by emailing support.
