Can I swap items inside a bundle?
Yes — every bundle has a "Customize items" option that lets you swap one SKU for another in the same category at the same retail price. The bundle discount stays applied. If you want to swap to a higher-tier item, the difference is added at checkout.
Does the warranty stack across the bundle?
Yes. Every item in every bundle gets the same 2-year defect warranty as if you bought it as a single SKU. If one item in the kit fails, we replace just that item — you don't lose the bundle, and the original receipt covers everything.
Can I return one item from a bundle?
You can return the whole bundle within 30 days for a full refund, or return a single item for a partial refund equal to that item's retail share of the bundle price. We send a prepaid label by reply.
Does the 5% newsletter discount stack?
Yes. The newsletter 5%-off code applies on top of the bundle savings. The "Save 22% on Listen Kit" effectively becomes "Save 27%" with the code applied at checkout — no manual stacking math.
What if a bundle item is out of stock?
The bundle hides automatically when any item drops below 5 units. We don't ship a bundle short — if all three items can't ship, the kit comes off the site until restocked. Restocks are typically within 5 business days.
