Every package includes the full room, dedicated staff, and a custom pour list built around your group. Pricing covers food + wine + service — there's no hidden corkage, gratuity, or "venue fee" at the end.

The Standing Pour

FAQ

The boring stuff, up front.

Here are the questions every event planner asks us in the first email. Read these, then send us the inquiry — saves a lot of back-and-forth.

Capacity range?

Standing buyouts: 15–25. Seated dinners: 18–24 at the counter, up to 30 with two communal tables. Below 15 we recommend a six-glass flight reservation instead.

Lead time?

Two weeks for standard packages. Thirty days for the Maker Night since we coordinate around the producer's travel schedule.

Deposit?

50% non-refundable deposit holds the date. Final headcount due 7 days out. Final invoice settles the night-of.

Outside food?

Cake / pastry only with 7-day notice and a $4/guest cutting fee. We don't allow outside catering — the kitchen is small and shared with regular service.

Tipping / service?

20% gratuity is included in the package price. The team is paid hourly above living wage. No additional gratuity expected.

AV / music / decor?

Aux input + Sonos in the room — bring a playlist. Floral budget can be added to the invoice. We don't allow open flame or signage that requires drilling.
