Every package includes the full room, dedicated staff, and a custom pour list built around your group. Pricing covers food + wine + service — there's no hidden corkage, gratuity, or "venue fee" at the end.

A six-course tasting menu with paired pours, served at the long counter or two communal tables. Best for milestone birthdays, rehearsal dinners, and small corporate retreats.
A private winemaker dinner — we fly in a producer (or schedule with one already in town) to walk your group through their entire range. The most memorable buyout we offer, by a country mile.

Standing buyouts: 15–25. Seated dinners: 18–24 at the counter, up to 30 with two communal tables. Below 15 we recommend a six-glass flight reservation instead.
Two weeks for standard packages. Thirty days for the Maker Night since we coordinate around the producer's travel schedule.
50% non-refundable deposit holds the date. Final headcount due 7 days out. Final invoice settles the night-of.
Cake / pastry only with 7-day notice and a $4/guest cutting fee. We don't allow outside catering — the kitchen is small and shared with regular service.
20% gratuity is included in the package price. The team is paid hourly above living wage. No additional gratuity expected.
Aux input + Sonos in the room — bring a playlist. Floral budget can be added to the invoice. We don't allow open flame or signage that requires drilling.
We respond within 24 hours, Tuesday through Sunday. Send the date range, headcount, and a sentence about the occasion — we'll come back with two or three workable nights and a draft menu.
