field notes.

Verified post-service customer reviews from the last 12 months.

"Came out at 11pm on a Sunday for a sparking outlet — diagnosed the issue in under twenty minutes and pulled a permit on Monday. Pricing matched the written quote to the dollar."

M. Reyes  ·  Panel + Branch Repair · 2026.03

"We needed three EV chargers across two condo units. They handled the HOA approval letter, ran the load calc, and finished both installs in a single Saturday."

L. Whitford  ·  EV Install (×3) · 2026.02

"Whole-home rewire on a 1924 craftsman. Documented every junction, drywall patch was indistinguishable, and inspector signed off first try. Worth every dollar."

frequently asked.

Are you licensed and bonded?

Yes — state license #E-44218 (master electrician), $2M surety bond, $3M general liability, and workers' comp on every crew member. Documents available on request.

Do you pull permits?

Always. Panel upgrades, EV charger installs, and rewires are pulled on our master license. The permit fee is itemized on every invoice — no markup.

How fast can you respond to an emergency?

Average callback inside the metro is 12 minutes; average on-site arrival is 38 minutes for true emergencies (loss of power, sparking, burning smell). After-hours surcharge applies 8pm–6am.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — 0% APR for 12 months on jobs over $2,500, financed through GreenSky and Synchrony. Soft-pull approval at the quote stage.

Will my homeowner's insurance cover the work?

If the work is the result of a covered event (storm damage, fire, etc.) we provide insurance-ready documentation including photos, scope, and itemized invoice.
