Do you ship internationally?

US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and Japan. Free over $40 in the US, free over $80 internationally. Carbon-neutral via Pachama-verified offsets, on every order.

How long until my order arrives?

US ground: 3–5 business days. Express: 2 days. International: 6–10 business days, depending on customs. We ship from Portland on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Anytime, from your account, with no email loop. We won't ask you to justify it. Most customers pause for a season and come back; some don't, and that's fine.

Are gift cards refundable?
