Jenna runs our customer care from the Portland lab and replies within one business day, usually the same morning. Order questions, ingredient questions, the occasional skincare ramble — write us about any of it.
Most of what people write in about can be answered with one of these. Click through if it sounds like you.
If your skin doesn't look measurably better after 30 days of consistent use, we'll refund you. You don't need to ship the jar back. Just write us with your order number and a sentence about how it went.
Start a refund →Skip a shipment, change the cadence, swap to a refill pod, or pause for a season — all from your account, with no email loop. Or write us and we'll do it for you in two minutes.
Subscriptions →Tracking goes out the moment your order ships, usually next business day. If it hasn't arrived in a week (US) or two weeks (international), write us with your order number and we'll chase it.
Where's my order →Anytime, from your account, with no email loop. We default new customers to every 90 days because that's right for most one-person, one-pump-twice-a-day routines. If you share the jar or skip mornings, change it.
Yes. The Daily Balm uses bakuchiol — the gentle plant-derived alternative to retinol — which is considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding by most OB-GYNs. We always recommend confirming with your provider, but our formula contains no retinoids, salicylic acid, or essential oils.
Refunds are processed within two business days of your request and arrive in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. You'll get an email when it's processed. If you don't see anything two weeks out, write us.
For a small number of independent retailers we trust, yes. Email wholesale@yourbusiness.com with the shop, the city, and a sentence about why we'd be a good fit. Marin reads every one.
Stop using the cream and write us. We'll refund you (jar or no jar) and Aniya will personally email back with notes on what might have happened and what we'd suggest trying instead. We don't take it personally — we'd rather know.
