Most exam visits in NYC run an hour and a half. Ours runs twenty minutes for the exam, plus however long you want for frame shopping. We use no-puff tonometry, Optomap retinal imaging in lieu of dilation, and a digital phoropter that's about twice as fast as the manual one.
