The questions that come up before every booking, answered before you have to ask.

How far in advance should I book?

Most weekday slots open within 48 hours. Saturdays book 5–7 days out. Multi-stage correction or ceramic installs need 1–2 weeks of lead time because the bay is reserved for the full duration of the cure cycle. Mobile slots are typically available next-day.

Do I need to be home for a mobile detail?

Not necessarily. We need driveway access, a working hose bib (we bring our own water if not), and a way to get to the keys. Many customers leave a key and a note — we send a job-start photo and a job-complete photo with the report.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH for fleet bookings. No deposits required for any package under $500. Track-package and multi-stage correction bookings have a 25% deposit at booking, balance at completion.

Can I add services after booking?

Yes — up until the day-of QC walk. Common upgrades are leather conditioning, headlight restoration, engine bay detail, and ceramic add-on. Just text or email the change; we re-block the slot if it changes the time estimate by more than two hours.

What if it rains the day of my mobile detail?

Light rain we work through (the car gets washed anyway). Heavy rain, hail, or storms we reschedule at no charge. We watch radar the morning of and reach out by 7a if we need to move the slot. Reschedules are always free with at least 24h notice.

Do you do fleet or business accounts?

Yes — six-vehicle minimum, monthly recurring slot, invoiced monthly via ACH. We currently service two car dealerships, one luxury rental fleet, and a private executive transport service. Contact Reese directly at hello@yourbusiness.com.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes — any package as a digital or printed certificate, valid for 12 months from issue. Best gift you'll ever get the car person in your life. Order via the contact form or email and we'll handle the rest within a few hours.
