An authorized GTECHNIQ installer running a climate-controlled cure bay. We don't bolt ceramic onto a quick wash — every coat goes on top of full multi-stage paint correction, period.
Hardness, longevity, and price scale together. We help you pick — there's no "upsell" call when you book.
The full sequence we run in the climate bay. Skipping any one step risks the coat — that's why ceramic is in-shop only.
We measure paint thickness in mils across 30+ panel points and log the readings. This tells us how much we can safely correct without going through clear.
pH-neutral snow-foam to lift heavy contamination before any panel contact. Sits 8 minutes, rinses through grit-guarded buckets.
pH-balanced iron-removing chemistry to dissolve embedded brake-dust particles, plus tar solvent on the lower panels. Both rinse-clean.
Compound to remove deep marring, polish to refine the cut, finishing pad to chase the gloss. Three pad changes, three product changes, three full passes.
Iso-prep wipe to remove polish residue and oils. Without this, the ceramic can't bond — this is the most-skipped step in the industry, which is why other coats fail.
Crystal Serum applied panel-by-panel, leveled with microfiber, flashed under inspection lighting. Two coats — Ultra base, then top-coat.
12 hours minimum, climate-controlled at 70–75°F and 40–55% RH. Then a full QC walk under dual-temp inspection lighting before keys go back.
Crystal Serum Ultra is one of two coatings on the market backed by an actual manufacturer warranty — registered through GTECHNIQ on the day of install, transferable on resale.

What ceramic does, what it doesn't, and what owners ask before booking.
No — ceramic is hard but it's microns thick. Rock-chip protection requires PPF (paint protection film), which we offer in our Halo Tier 03 package combining film over impact zones with ceramic over the rest.
Because the coat is permanent. Anything you don't fix before the coat is locked in for a decade. We won't shortcut the multi-stage correction — that's a non-negotiable.
It'll need washing about half as often, and dirt/road grime won't bond — they rinse off. But "ceramic = no maintenance" is a marketing lie. We require an annual maintenance wash to keep the warranty active.
Yes — touchless and brushless are both safe. Avoid any car wash that puts brushes or fabric strips on the paint, ceramic or no ceramic.
Yes — we register every install on the install day with GTECHNIQ directly. The warranty is between you and the manufacturer; we're just the certified installer.
