Chef Naomi Park opened Your Business in a converted train station in 2018. The menu rotates every Tuesday with the farms. We are open five nights a week and will never expand beyond that.
Wednesday through Saturday, our seven-course tasting menu runs from the kitchen — one seating per evening, by reservation only.
The menu is the chef's choice that week. The wine pairing is by Tom, our sommelier (also Naomi's husband). The pacing is deliberate: about two and a half hours from the first bite to the last sip.
