I run three coaching programs. They differ by intensity, time commitment, and price. All require application. All have a 14-week minimum.
In-person training, 4 days a week, with me. For people who can show up at the gym and want to be coached by a person who is in the room.
Most popular. 2 sessions a week with me + 2 written workouts you do on your own. For busy professionals with a real life and serious goals.
For powerlifters preparing for sanctioned meets. 16-26 week cycles depending on goal. I have coached 14 lifters to qualify for USAPL Nationals.
Because what I'm offering you is not a workout. It's a system — training, nutrition, recovery, and weekly course-correction — for a 14- to 26-week cycle. The price reflects 14 years of being responsible for a relatively small number of outcomes per year. If you compare me to other 1:1 coaches with similar credentials and similar caps on roster size, the price is in the middle.
No. Hybrid (2 in-person + 2 remote) is the most remote I go. For meet prep specifically, after the first 4 weeks together, I will travel for sanctioned meets. But the engagement starts in person.
27% of my clients miss their primary goal. Most of those still hit their secondary or tertiary goal. We talk about this on the application call — what we're actually optimizing for, what's negotiable, what's not. Going in clear-eyed is the difference between a good cycle and a frustrating one.
Yes. About 60% of my roster at any given time is repeat clients. The most loyal client just finished his 11th cycle with me; the program is now part of his life.
The application takes 12 minutes. Personally read. The 2026 cycle is waitlisted. Six spots remaining for 2027.
