Day pass works for a casual week. Membership works for a body that wants to get strong. Five plans — pick the rhythm that matches how often you want to climb. Pause anytime, no contract beyond month-to-month.
Active climbers across the bay this month.
For monthly-unlimited members in cycle 47.
Freeze for 30 days, no fee. No contract beyond month.
Comp + meet-up nights this quarter, free with member.
Email or stop by the desk before your billing date. We don't ask for a reason. Final month is climbed in full; no prorated refund. Annual cancels at the next renewal.
Freeze your monthly for up to thirty days per year, no fee. Annual gets sixty. Travel, injury, life — it's the same. Email is enough; the desk processes within 24 hours.
Try the gym, decide it's not for you within seven days of starting any plan, full refund. After day seven we honor the cancellation policy above and prorate to the next bill.
Family plan can add or drop kids under 18 mid-cycle, no fee. Adult swap once per year. The kids program is rolling enrollment; sign up at the desk or in the Vertica app.
Bought a day pass and want to roll it forward? The full $26 credits toward any membership purchased within seven days. The desk applies it; no code needed.
Annual = ten months of monthly. We don't add fees. We do offer a payment plan: half now, half at month six, no interest. Ask at the desk if that helps.
No. Most new members start with the four-week intro program (see Learn) or a single Foundations day pass. Membership starts the day you decide; we credit any day passes from the prior week.
Monthly unlimited and family unlimited are month-to-month, no contract. Annual is a twelve-month plan paid up-front (or in two installments). All can be paused at any time.
Yes. Monthly: two guest passes per month. Family: four. Annual: six per year, used flexibly. Guests still need a desk orientation; takes ten minutes if they have climbed before.
Monthly and family include lead + top-rope at no additional cost — but you need a check-out (free with annual, $120 a la carte). Belay certification is the same: included with annual, available to all.
Memberships are individual. The 10-pack can be shared between two adults; the family plan covers a household. Couples often run two monthly plans + share guest passes between them.
The smartest first move is a day pass. $26, all access, comes with a free orientation, and credits toward whatever plan you pick within seven days. Or skip it and start monthly today — we won't argue with you.
