How long does shipping take?

We ship from our Brooklyn warehouse for North American orders and from Copenhagen for everywhere else. Most orders arrive in 4–7 business days. Lamps ship within 3 days; small objects within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to 38 countries. Free shipping on lamps over $100, flat $14 on small objects. We handle customs paperwork in most countries.

What's the 60-night sleep trial?

Try any product in your bedroom for 60 nights. If it doesn't earn its place on your nightstand, we'll arrange a free return — no questions, no restocking fees.

Do your lamps work outside the US?

Yes. Every lamp ships with the right plug for your shipping address (US, EU, UK, AU, JP) and the bulb is rated for 100–240V.

Do you offer trade pricing?

We do — for designers, stylists, and retailers. Email trade@yourbusiness.com with your portfolio or shop and we'll send a price sheet within a business day.

Are your products repairable?

Yes. Send any of our lamps back and we'll repair the cord, dimmer, or socket for $25 plus return shipping. We want our objects to outlive us.
