2–3 weeks is comfortable. We almost always have same-week openings, especially Tuesday-Thursday — but the first and last weekend of the month book first.
Our crew leads carry hoist gear and door-removal tools, and we have 30+ years of "ok how do we get this in" experience between us. If something genuinely cannot fit, we'll tell you on the quote walk-through, not on move day.
