Before you call.

What's the average response time?

Inside the 22-mile service ring, 31 minutes is the running 12-month average. The closer of two trucks is dispatched based on cross-streets, with the other staying covering the workshop.

Do you take credit cards at the curb?

Yes — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, plus cash. A paper invoice goes in your hand the moment the work is done.

Will I be charged a "trip fee" on top of the price?

No. The price posted on the ledger is the price on the invoice. The only add-on is the flat $35 after-hours surcharge between 11pm and 6am, disclosed up front.

Are you available on holidays?

Yes — the line is open every day of the year, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and the Fourth of July. The same flat ledger rate applies.

Do I have to be present for the call?

For lockouts, yes — we verify ID against the lease or registration. For re-keys and scheduled work, a property manager or representative can sign the work order.

How quickly can you cut a fresh key from scratch?

For any standard residential or commercial pin tumbler, a fresh hand-cut key takes about ten minutes on the truck. Transponder keys take roughly thirty.
