Can I swap items inside a box?

Yes — three of the four boxes let you swap up to 3 items each cycle, picking from the same aisle. Lock in your default once and we remember it.

How does the discount work?

Each box is priced 18–22% under buying the items individually. You can also stack the 15% subscriber rate on swapped-in items for the same household account.

What if I'm out of town?

One-tap skip from any restock email. Skip up to 3 cycles in a row before we pause your plan and ask you to come back when ready.

Are boxes available without a subscription?

Yes — every box has a one-time purchase price (no discount). Most households start with one one-time box, then convert to monthly when the shelf is bare again.

Does this ship internationally?

Continental US only at this stage. Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are next on the list — drop your zip on the newsletter to vote it up.

What's the packaging like?
